Warranty Terms and Conditions
This warranty covers the repair or replacement of parts damaged due to defects in the normal operation of the device. Warranty services are provided only after inspection and approval by the company’s technical experts and remain valid within the specified warranty period.
The warranty applies to the main device and any accessories provided with the device except battery and mounts.
To utilize warranty services, it is mandatory to present the warranty card and the official sales invoice.
This warranty dose not cover the following:
Damage caused by improper use, falls, or incorrect installation that does not comply with the user manual.
Issues arising from external factors such as electrical fluctuations, liquid ingress, fire, or excessive heat and etc.
Repairs or tampering with the device by unauthorized individuals, which voids the warranty.
Parts and accessories purchased separately from the device.
In case of any issues, the customer is required to send the device along with the warranty card and purchase invoice to the service center.
By registering the product on the OPTIX LLC Customer Portal, the warranty period for Brinno products will be extended by an additional two months.
